I offer individual therapy for women experiencing anxiety, burnout & spiritual trauma. We may be a good fit if your anxiety, burnout or spiritual trauma shows up in the following ways:

You struggle to make decisions without obsessing about God's will
You've learned that trusting yourself is wrong/bad/unchristian
You are trying to live up to the expectations of what a 'good Christian woman/wife/mum' should be

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each woman’s unique needs. This means that no woman’s journey is exactly the same. Together, we create meaningful steps to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I help them:
Stop overfunctioning & identify where their boundaries are
Recognise fear–based faith & critically examine their beliefs
Cultivate healthy spirituality without losing their values
Quiet the anxiety & embrace uncertainty as a normal part of life
Avoid self-criticism as motivation without loosing their standards
Develop decision-making and problem solving skills without rigidity
Learn the skill of compassion (including courage & self-advocacy)
Understand how their attachment patterns impact their view of God & authority (& how to gently shift these patterns)
All this so they can care for themselves with the same care they so readily give to others & live with more peace and confidence.
I also want to be real, therapy isn't a quick fix, it takes time and effort. And it’s a beautiful and worthwhile journey.
I’ve been on this journey too. I speak fluent Christianese and I’ll get the religious context and nuances that might have missed in the past. But I won’t assume your experience is exactly like mine or that we feel the same way about everything. If you are ready (& able) to start, let's start re-imagining together.
What to Expect
You bring the expertise of your lived experience, and I bring my knowledge and skills—we work together as a team. Our sessions won’t feel like the clichés you’ve seen on TV. You won’t be lying on a couch while I endlessly ask, “How does that make you feel?” Nor is it a space for family-bashing or prescriptive advice.
Instead, therapy with me is about creating a space where you’re in the driver’s seat. I’ll guide, encourage, and support you as we explore the areas of your life that matter most.
And if you remember nothing else, know that therapy with me is about building a relationship where you can process your emotions and have new and healing experiences.
Practicalities

Most of my sessions are conducted securely online via a client portal. Unfortunately, I’m unable to work with clients in the USA due to licensing and insurance restrictions.
I also see clients in comfortable consulting rooms in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, UK.

Our first session is a chance to lay the groundwork for our work together. We’ll go over any necessary paperwork, get to know each other, and begin exploring your needs and goals. I’ll also take time to understand how you best learn and process, so we can shape therapy to suit you.

I recommend weekly sessions for the first 12 weeks to maintain momentum. After that, we can assess whether fortnightly sessions might work better for you as we move forward.
Session Details
Duration: 50 minutes
Fees: Sliding Scale (£75 - £135) dependent on anti-oppressive rate questionnaire. (I do not accept insurance).
Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged the full session fee.
